About the PositionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Financial Specialist to support our financial operations and strengthen our accounting governance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations.Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking activities.Maintain accurate financial documentation and accounting records.Handle invoice processing, payment schedules, and vendor reconciliations.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.Assist with payroll review, tax filings, and statutory reporting where applicable.Partner with internal teams to validate financial data, track expenses, and support operational decision-making.Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and financial efficiency.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) are highly preferred.Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a multinational or fast-growing environment.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Excel.Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally.High integrity and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
