Financial Expertise ManagerWe are seeking an experienced finance professional to support strategic financial planning, forecasting, and system administration.Assist in preparing annual budgets in coordination with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.Support rolling forecasts (monthly/quarterly/annual) incorporating business performance.Collaborate with business heads to provide financial insights for decision-making.Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast, highlighting deviations and opportunities.Standardize and streamline budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis & ReportingPrepare and deliver accurate, timely monthly and quarterly management reports.Consolidate financial data across business units/regions for a holistic view of performance.Present dashboards, KPIs, and executive summaries to senior leadership.Qualification:Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of relevant experience in IFRS & Consolidation.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to manage large datasets and deliver accurate analysis.Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Oracle Fusion, EPBCS & HFM.
