Job Overview:This role is a unique blend of administrative and technical expertise. It entails the management and optimization of financial consolidation and planning processes for two critical platforms: Oracle FCCS and Workday Adaptive Planning.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of these systems, streamlining their functionality, and driving automation and reporting improvements across both platforms.Responsibilities include:Configuring models, sheets, dimensions, and attributes in Adaptive Planning.Managing Data Agent integrations with ERP/EDW systems.Designing, configuring, and maintaining dimensions/levels, modeled & cube sheets, attributes, versions, and assumptions.Overseeing mapping tables, transformations, and reconciliation controls.Troubleshooting load exceptions and building advanced formulas.Developing and supporting HTML and Office Connect reports and dashboards.Ensuring role-based security, access reviews, governance, and compliance in Adaptive Planning.Collaborating with IT/EDW teams on schema changes, performance, and data lineage.Coordinating forecast/commit cycles and managing versions, locks, and workflow.Drawing ties to FCCS and legacy Essbase reports.FCCS Responsibilities:Maintaining FCCS metadata, hierarchies, security roles, and consolidation rules.Overseeing close cycles, validating data loads, and troubleshooting variances.Configuring Data Management workflows and mappings.Developing Smart View reports and supporting statutory reporting.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.7+ years' experience in Adaptive Planning config & Administration & FCCS/Hyperion AdministrationStrong understanding of financial consolidation and planning principles.Hands-on experience with integrations, automation, and reporting tools.We Offer:A dynamic work environment that fosters growth and development.Opportunities for professional advancement and skill-building.Collaborative team spirit and open communication channels.A comprehensive compensation package that recognizes individual contributions.Ongoing training and support to ensure success in the role.A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
