Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead the consolidation of financial data from various sources. As a Director of FCCS Consolidations, you will be responsible for managing the entire process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Your key responsibilities will include:Process trial balance loads from source general ledger systems into the FCCS consolidations system.Translate consolidating financial statements from local currency to USD leveraging system capabilities.Ensure all manual and system eliminations have been processed and IC and "offset" accounts are at zero.Process and prepare LE and Consolidated CTA proofs to validate whether or not FS's translated correctly.Provide support for local statutory filings.Responsibilities (Quarters Only)Reload Day 0 FX rates overwriting Day -3 FX rates so consolidated BS can be re-translated.Process Intangible Asset roll-forwards for CM, QTR, and YTD and validate they are correct.Process Goodwill roll-forwards for CM, QTR, and YTD and validate they are correct.Ad Hoc Reporting configuration in FCCS.Reporting suite maintenance as required.Key RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Complex consolidations experience of 20+ years.Significant FX Remeasurement experience.Significant experience translating local currency financial statements into parent's USD reporting currency.Significant experience with CTA (cumulative translation adjustment) and CTA Proofs and how to troubleshoot this cycle.Significant accounting background and experience is required. Attention to details is required.Significant understanding troubleshooting problems with Consolidation.Experience working with ERP system (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and understanding how to analyze general ledger account.Experience working within ERP system (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and Experience with Fluctuation Analysis process.Significant experience configuring, processing, and preparing Cash Flow consolidation and related FS and supplemental footnotes.Significant experience using ASC 230 “Effect of Exchange Rates on Cash” Proof that is used to ensure consolidated CF’s are correct.Experience with Intercompany accounts involving many IC subsidiaries.Advanced Excel skills and other FP&A software (including Pivot Tables VLOOKUP's, basic Macros, and standard Report generation).About the RoleThis is a critical position that requires strong leadership and technical skills.
