Familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools is also an advantage.Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis & Reporting: Analyze financial statements, cash flow, and performance metrics. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to inform business decisions.Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts. Track budget variances and provide explanations for deviations from planned targets.Data Modeling & Insights: Build and maintain financial models using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Interpret data trends and provide recommendations for business improvement opportunities.Business Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial inputs. Provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, investments, and projects.Compliance & Documentation: Ensure financial practices comply with GAAP and regulatory requirements. Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory submissions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fieldStrong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)Experience with financial modeling and forecastingFamiliarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI toolsStrong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilities
