Project Operations LeadThe Project Operations Lead will oversee and optimize CRM, LMS, ERP, and SIS platforms to support institutional operations and student success.Drive tangible results by establishing benchmarks and learning goals, developing structures that link campaign performance to business outcomes, customer lifetime value, retention.Enhance personalization with machine learning/artificial intelligence by developing or partnering on models (propensity, churn, next-best action, send-time/content optimization, uplift modeling) and integrating them into CRM decisioning and orchestration.Lead experimentation at scale by building and running A/B and multivariate tests, applying sound statistical methods (power analysis, capping, sequential testing, causal inference) to produce trustworthy results.Develop robust analytics using SQL/Python for data modeling and reproducible pipelines, composing self-serve datasets and dashboards to accelerate decision-making.Optimize channel strategy by evaluating email, push, in-app, onsite, and lifecycle programs, recommending frequency, targeting, and creative strategies grounded in data.Tell the story by translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders, influencing roadmaps and CRM evolution.Improve the craft by guiding analysts, advocating for guidelines in documentation, code review, and experimentation hygiene, promoting a collaborative, growth-focused culture.Safeguard data use by partnering with Legal/Privacy to ensure compliance (e.g., GDPR), guardrails, and responsible AI practices.Key RequirementsHands-on CRM analytics experience delivering impact in a consumer or marketplace context.Machine-learning & AI experience applied to CRM/personalization (e.g., propensity, churn, LTV/CLV modeling, recommendation/next-best action, uplift).Experimentation & statistics expertise, including test building, sample sizing, variance reduction, and causal inference.SQL and Python proficiency for data wrangling, modeling, and automation, familiarity with data warehouses and version control.Dashboarding & data visualization skills (Tableau preferred) to build clear, credible self-serve insights.Business acumen proven through translating insights into strategies that yield measurable outcomes.Communication & collaboration leadership across Marketing, Product, and Engineering, ability to influence at executive level.Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).Minimum 15+ years of experience in EdTech systems administration or CRM management.Proven track record in platform integration, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration.Certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) or EdTech tools are a plus.
