Job DescriptionLocation: Koramangala, BangaloreExperience: 1.5+ yearEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleCureous Labs is seeking a highly organised and proactive Founder’s Office Associate to support the Founder CEO across a wide range of operational, administrative, and strategic functions. This role is pivotal in freeing up the founder's bandwidth to focus on growth, fundraising, and revenue generation. You will act as a force multiplier — driving execution, maintaining team momentum, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.Key Responsibilities🔧 Team & Operations SupportPlan and track daily tasks and deliverables for the internal teamSetup Meetings with Team as well as potential PartnershipsMake weekly plans for the team by discussing with the founder and department heads.Help Plan, Schedule and Prioritise tasks for the founder and delegate to the team as per the nature and domain of workCoordinate with vendors (both domestic and international) for manufacturing and component procurementHandle customs clearance documentation and follow-up📄 Communication & DocumentationManage and respond to emails across investors, partners, vendors, and government bodiesPrepare and maintain required documents, pitch presentations, and grant applicationsCreate brochures, videos, proposals, and pitch decks as requiredFind and Apply to Grants and Awards📋 HR, Legal & ComplianceDraft and manage employee documents, NDAs, contracts, and agreementsPost job openings on LinkedIn, screen basic applications, and help with onboarding formalities📦 Product & Customer CoordinationFollow up with customers, gather feedback, and schedule demos or trialsMaintain and update documentation related to device deploymentsDesired Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or related fields1/2+ years of experience in startup operations, founder support, or project coordination rolesExceptional written and verbal communication skills.
