Senior Sales Development Team ManagerAbout this role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Team Manager to lead our outbound sales team. As a seasoned professional in sales leadership, you will be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing team that drives consistent pipeline growth.Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective strategies to generate leads, build relationships with key decision-makers, and drive conversions. You will work closely with the sales enablement team to develop and maintain a comprehensive training program, ensuring that your team is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven leader who is passionate about sales, team development, and process improvement. If you have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Team Building & Leadership: Build and scale a high-performing sales development team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.Outbound Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective outbound strategies, including lead generation, email and phone campaigns, and social media outreach.Pipeline Ownership: Own and manage the sales pipeline, including setting and achieving quarterly sales targets, tracking progress, and making adjustments as needed.Must-Have Skills & Experience:5+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in B2B software sales.Proven track record of success in building and scaling sales teams.Strong coaching mentality, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or leadership.Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
