Job Category:QualityJob Family:Plant Quality AssuranceJob Description:In charge for Quality control and assurance of Cheese.What you'll do:Oversee the testing done by the subordinates as per the SOPs and ensure accuracy of testing and reporting.Release of products for market on basis of specifications / customer requirement.Ensure preparation of various customer documentation & reports, Consumer complaint analysis and redresses, andhandling of market returns, Rejections etc.To check & maintain the record properly & to verify the testing of the on line productsHandle Statutory & Customer audits, documentation in coordination with Systems Team. Comply with therequirements of Food Safety Management Systems, 5S, GLP activities.Active liasoning with production dept. regarding feedback about product quality on day to day basis.Reply to customer complaints, weekly complaint responses and various reports etcSensory evaluation of manufactured products, shelf-life samples and new developing products with team. What you need to succeed:Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Dairy science, Dairy Microbiology, Food Technology8+ years' experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety or ProductionProven leadership experience in a team environmentExcellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to make good business decisions quicklyExcellent analytical SkillsExcellent Communication (Verbal & Written)
