Maintaining quality of the product. Compliance to customer requirements. Documentation for various customer requirements. Leading the shift operation of entire Laxmi dryer. Helping operation of Liquid milk plant. Co-ordination with internal customers viz. Maintenance team Fresh milk reception Quality control Main plant Co-ordination with external customers Customer’s auditors External agencies like statutory audits  Adherence to GMP, food safety and sanitation. What you need to succeed B. Tech (Dairy technology) 4-5 years of experience in relevant field of dairy spray drying Good exposure to plant automation especially Siemens PCS-7. Detailed knowledge of process and safety interlocks of plant is highly preferred. Personal skills: Shall have communication skills. Good technical decision making Compliance to SOP. Good knowledge of technology and quality Good team player Multitasking Good Leadership skills
