Hindustan Feeds is a market leader with a strong presence in the cattle feed industry and a rapidly growing business in Maharashtra. We are looking for a dynamic candidate for the below-mentioned position to join our team at our Baramati plant . Ensure quality and consistency of ingredients and feed. Implement balanced diets that promote growth, reproduction, lactation, and overall health. Conduct research on ruminant nutrition to develop innovative feeding strategies and dietary formulations. Stay updated with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends in ruminant nutrition. Conduct on-site visits to assess animal health and nutrition needs. Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and maintain documentation required for regulatory purposes. Training Training of field staff, QA staff and Production staff on related technical subjects like feeding and managing animals, ensuring quality of fed and ingredients  D. degree in Animal Nutrition, with focus on ruminants. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in ruminant nutrition, diet formulation, or related fields. Proven track record of research and practical application in ruminant nutrition. Proficiency in diet formulation software and data analysis tools.
