By refining their business models and implementing effective strategies, you'll help them achieve measurable results.Key Responsibilities:Craft customized scaling strategies, lead generation approaches, sales methodologies, and mindset frameworks for clients.Mentor clients through weekly sessions to ensure they meet key milestones.Analyze client offers, funnels, and marketing strategies to identify areas for improvement.Uncover growth-limiting blocks and provide actionable solutions.Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and progress tracking.Foster collaboration with internal departments (sales, operations, marketing) to guarantee client success.Develop and contribute to training materials, frameworks, and internal playbooks.Requirements:3+ years of experience as a Business Coach, Consultant, or Entrepreneur with a proven track record of driving client growth.Strong understanding of business fundamentals: marketing, sales, operations, and mindset.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.A history of delivering successful outcomes and helping clients achieve tangible growth.Empathy, patience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM systems, Zoom, and other productivity tools.Preferred (Bonus):Prior experience coaching in service-based or online business industries.Familiarity with social media lead generation, funnels, or digital product scaling.
