Job DescriptionThe primary function of the Cybersecurity Operations Delivery Manager is to oversee the delivery of cybersecurity services, ensuring service excellence and driving performance through data insights and stakeholder engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of cyber operations workflows, influencing capabilities, and relevant technical expertise.Lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations across multiple technology domains, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to SLAs, contractual deliverables, and service quality targets.Collaborate with technology leads and factory model teams across SOC/SIEM, Email Security, IAM, Cloud, and Network Security.Manage specialized tools and platforms such as Azure Sentinel, Flare, Cybel Angel, Qualys, Anomali, and MDO.Conduct daily stand-ups to maintain operational control, visibility, and alignment.This role involves:Driving service improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.Acting as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, providing recommendations based on best practices and operational insights.Monitoring and managing incidents, problems, and change requests within defined scope and timelines.Analyzing operational metrics and KPIs, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders and clients.Ensuring timely and accurate reporting aligned with contractual terms and governance standards.Required Skills and QualificationsKey qualifications for this role include:12+ years in cybersecurity operations, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or delivery role.Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations and service delivery.Ability to interpret operational data and drive performance through storytelling.Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, ITIL, PMP.Gravitas and influencing skills to engage internal stakeholders and clients effectively.BenefitsAs a member of our team, you will have opportunities to develop your career and contribute to the success of our organization.OthersWork Location: Mumbai & Bengaluru
