Job Title: Service Management SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Service Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Provide daily support for operational needs and manage ticket distribution to ensure timely handling of client access management requests.Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ITSM ticketing system, providing technical and functional design requirements, general data concepts, mapping, and relationships.Troubleshoot and fix issues related to ServiceNow.Provide administrative support for users, roles, and groups, and technical support for existing ServiceNow environments, applications, and modules.Maintain and review the effectiveness and efficiency of all ITSM processes.Support upgrades and evolution of ServiceNow, monitoring assignment group queues and proactively assuming ownership of incidents and requests.Collaborate with other members of the Platform team to ensure that design and processes meet technical requirements.Validate Service request requirements and work them to completion in ServiceNow.Participate with operational teams to identify enhancement opportunities for improvement and work to implement enhancements.Requirements:Excellent communication and customer service skills.Proven ability to learn and adapt quickly.Good understanding of ITIL methodologies.2-3 years of ITSM industry experience.Experience working in the ServiceNow platform is a plus.About This Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of exceptional service and support to our clients.
