Wishlink is a well-funded startup, on a mission to shape the creator economy and change how people shop. Our mission is to build a hyper-personalised shopping experience for every user, which is creator-led, so that every user can get exactly what they are looking for. We are on a mission to define new charters at the intersection of two of the most prominent aspects of the internet - e-commerce and social media.
We’re 3 founders, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We started Wishlink in January 2022 when we discovered products on social media that we wanted to buy but could not (in some cases, actually did) We are based out of Gurugram. We have recently raised a series A round of $7M, led by Fundamentum & Elevation Capital.
The way people shop online is changing. Users are tired of spending hours browsing humongous catalogues on eCommerce marketplaces just to find a single piece of apparel they like. They need curation, and they need trusted reviews - which is what Wishlink is bringing with the help of content creators. Wishlink is at the forefront of this change, enabling users to shop in an easier and more exciting way.
In just 2 years of existence, Wishlink has become one of the biggest creator platforms in India, used by over 1 lac creators helping over 60M people to discover and buy their favourite products. We are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 100cr.

- Completely own the onboarding for the Creator-side product at Wishlink. It’s a SaaS tool for creators
- to manage their storefronts (mini-shopify for creators)
- to source products to create content (mini-myntra for creators)
- to discover new brands and products to create content on
- to automate flows and user journeys on Instagram, YT, and other social media platforms
- to track their earnings and in-depth analytics of their content & commerce funnels for feedback
- to engage deeply with their audience
- and so much more.
- As a Growth PM focused on onboarding, you’ll:
- define user journeys for onboarding different creator personas and get them started in their Wishlink habit loop
- track and improve onboarding funnels by designing & iterating experiments in collaboration with the Onboarding business team
- identify early success metrics and prioritize creators with high-potential earnings
- work closely with the Digital Creator Acquisition team and help scale channels like referral, Google and Meta ads, SEO and partnerships
- Work closely with the founders, and business teams to understand goals and own product roadmaps in alignment with the goals
- Define the “why” and “what” to build for the rest of the tech and design team
- Be on top of user behavior - leveraging data, customer interactions, studying analogues etc.
- Ensure high product quality - closely collaborate with tech, design, and business teams
- Iterate and experiment with multiple solution ideas and test them using MVPs, prototypes, etc.
- 1+ years of professional experience in a Growth PM role at a tech-first organization (e-commerce/ SMB SaaS/ fintech exp is a plus); 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Good understanding of various acquisition and analytics tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics
- Leadership and effective stakeholder management capabilities
- Curiosity and love for understanding consumer behaviors, building products, and driving impact at scale
- Extreme customer empathy - understand the creator persona & behaviors; unwillingness to compromise on user-centered design
- Awesome communication skills, to ensure effective cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to navigate through the dynamic, fast-paced work environment of an early-stage startup (super important)
- Open to learning new stuff (super important)
