Location: RemoteExperience: 2 yearsAbout the Role:We are seeking a Shopify Developer with strong experience in migrating e-commerce stores to Shopify and a solid understanding of Shopifys ecosystem. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience working with Liquid templates, Storefront API, and is comfortable building modern solutions using Remix and TypeScript.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute end-to-end migration of e-commerce stores to Shopify, ensuring seamless data and functionality transfer.Develop, customize, and optimize Shopify themes using Liquid.Integrate third-party apps and custom APIs using the Shopify Storefront API and related technologies.Build performant and scalable storefronts utilizing Remix and TypeScript.Work with the design and product teams to implement responsive, user-friendly UI/UX.Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain Shopify stores for maximum performance and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deploy new features.Required Skills:2+ years of professional experience as a Shopify developer, specifically in store migration projects.Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid templating language.Hands-on experience with Shopify Storefront API and familiarity with GraphQL.Proficiency in Remix framework and TypeScript for frontend development.Solid foundation in JavaScript/ES6+ and modern frontend practices.Experience with version control (Git) and deployment workflows.Good understanding of performance optimization and SEO best practices for Shopify stores.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Good to have:Familiarity with headless Shopify implementations.Experience integrating third-party Shopify apps or building custom apps.Knowledge of modern CI/CD pipelines.
