Campaign ManagerOur organization seeks an experienced professional to oversee the execution and delivery of multi-channel campaigns within the Braze platform. This position requires a high degree of proficiency in building complex customer journeys using Canvases and Campaigns, as well as expertise in advanced personalization logic using Liquid, Connected Content, and Custom Attributes.Developing customer journeys involves designing and implementing interactive experiences that cater to the unique needs and preferences of our customers.The role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, segmentation, and tracking (UTMs, deep links) to ensure flawless campaign execution and optimal results.Additionally, this position necessitates close collaboration with Engineering teams on API-triggered/event-based campaign setup and payload validation to guarantee seamless integration and precision targeting.Maintaining exceptional quality control and legal compliance for all communications is also essential.Key Skills:Hands-on experience with Braze development, including Canvases, Campaigns, and Segments.Strong proficiency in Liquid scripting, HTML/CSS, and JSON/API knowledge.Expertise in multi-channel QA methodologies and troubleshooting data/targeting issues.Experience with analytics integrations, such as Currents and Amplitude.
