Procurement Lead RoleWe are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to spearhead our procurement efforts and drive strategic partnerships.IDentify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for various services including printing, logistics, travel, event management, training supplies, catering, and field operations.Negotiate contracts, terms, and service agreements to ensure best value and quality.Monitor vendor performance and maintain relationships for long-term partnerships.Manage procurement for all program-related needs, including printing of IEC materials, training kits, and supplies.Coordinate procurement and logistics for field visits, workshops, and district/block level training.Ensure transparent documentation, including purchase requests, quotations, bid comparisons, purchase orders, and invoices.Requirements:Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in procurement and vendor management, preferably in the development or NGO sector.Experience managing procurement for field operations, training, and printing preferred.Strong negotiation, documentation, and analytical skills.Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
