Job Title:Country ManagerJob Description:As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for establishing and setting up the India office, including infrastructure, operations, and compliance.Key responsibilities include recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing cross-functional team across sales, marketing, client support, and customer success, driving sales and marketing strategy to achieve performance KPIs and revenue targets, developing local market expansion plans to increase brand presence and client acquisition, and building strong relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), clients, partners, and other key stakeholders.Additionally, you will represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance visibility and credibility in the market, collaborate with internal teams to align strategies, and monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure continued growth and competitiveness.Essential Skills and Qualifications:Extensive experience in forex sales and operations, particularly within the Indian market.A well-established reputation and visible presence in the industry, with the ability to inspire trust and represent the company with credibility.Proven ability to lead and guide sales teams to achieve ambitious business goals.Deep understanding of the forex industry landscape, client expectations, and the operational needs of sales teams.Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.Fluent in English (additional local languages are a plus).Willingness and ability to travel frequently.Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
