Job Title: Order Processing SpecialistThis role is responsible for managing the order-to-cash cycle, ensuring timely and accurate billing, cash application, collections, and reporting.Billing & Invoicing: Generate invoices, ensure timely delivery, and handle billing queries with a focus on customer satisfaction.Cash Application: Apply cash receipts accurately, reconcile bank statements, and manage suspense accounts to minimize errors.Key Responsibilities (continued):Reporting: Assist with daily/monthly cash and sales reporting to inform business decisions.Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and SLAs to maintain a high level of integrity.Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors throughout the O2C cycle.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong understanding of the end-to-end O2C cycle, including billing, cash application, and collections.Proficiency in MS Excel, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) is an asset.Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English), with ability to work independently and as part of a team.Analytical skills for data interpretation, with attention to detail and accuracy.Benefits: This role offers a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive compensation package.
