Front Office SupervisorThe role of the Front Office Supervisor is to support the Front Office Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis.DIRECTS AND WORKS WITH MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES TO CARRY OUT PROCEDURES ENSURING AN EFFICIENT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PROCESS.EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATES WITH GUESTS AND EMPLOYEES, ENHANCING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND MAXIMIZING FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE.Responsibilities:Supporting Management of Front Desk TeamLeverages interpersonal skills to lead, influence, and encourage others.Advocates sound financial/business decision making.Exemplifies honesty/integrity; leads by example.Monitoring and Supporting Progress Toward Guest Services and Front Desk GoalsOversees day-to-day operations, ensuring quality, standards, and meeting customer expectations on a daily basis.Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.Ensuring Exceptional Customer ServiceProvides services that exceed customer satisfaction and retention.Enhances service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs.Managing Projects and PoliciesExecutes the customer recognition/service program, communicating and ensuring process.EQUALITY COMPLIES WITH ALL FRONT OFFICE POLICIES, STANDARDS, AND PROCEDURES.Requirements:Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work effectively as part of a team.
