The most recent addition to the noon ecosystem, the noon Food mission is to revolutionize the F&B delivery landscape, firmly putting the control and success back in the hands of retailers.What you'll do:Develop a deep understanding of user problems in collaboration with the Product Manager.Use a scientific approach for problem solving, including user research, data analysis and brainstorming sessions.Convert business requirements into high-fidelity prototypes using flows, wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.Drive cross-functional alignment on the approach of the solution with the aid of mockups and wireframesOnce the approach is aligned on, develop high quality designs using industry best practices and with emphasis on attention to detailPlay an active role in developing the vision for the product, and not just focus on the immediate solutionsIdentify new design trends that we should study / adopt in order to continuously improve the user experience.Contribute to product planning and strategyWhat you'll need:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education.A minimum of 3 years of working experience.Experience in designing flows for large scale consumer apps.Proficient in the required tools of trade like Figma, InVision, Zeplin, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.Have contributed in the launch and complete lifecycle of high scale products.Have a super knack of user experience and journey.Ability to multitask in a highly energetic, fast paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Accountability and Ownership: Self-driven individual who can build and maintain high scale projects end to end.Knowledge in Illustrations and Animations along with E-commerce experience would be an added advantage.Who will excel?We’re looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
