Your primary mission will be to fill critical gaps in our team's capabilities, specifically in strategic influence, operational maturity, and future-proofing. This role requires a Business Translator to convert business goals into a concrete design strategy and a Process Architect to establish a scalable, high-efficiency design workflow.
