This role blends creative ownership with hands-on execution, driving visual storytelling across brand, digital, and video platforms.You will play a key part in leading the creative line, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering high-quality visual content—from concept to final asset. Approximately 60% of your time will involve overseeing creative output across formats, while 40% will focus on executing video projects (editing, scripting, motion design).This is an ideal opportunity for a hybrid thinker and doer—someone with the vision to shape creative narratives and the craft to bring them to life.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Line Ownership Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to lead the creation of brand-aligned visual assets.Own and evolve visual direction for integrated campaigns, product launches, and executive presentations.Review and refine creative deliverables from freelancers or internal partners to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.Guide external agency designers and content partners informally by setting quality benchmarks and creative guidance.Video Content Creation Plan, script, and produce a variety of video formats: product explainers, motion-led brand stories, technical demos, testimonials, and social content.Operate across the full video production lifecycle—editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing.Experiment with AI-powered tools to enhance workflows and accelerate production without compromising creativity.Required Skills & Expertise8–12 years of experience across visual design, video production, and digital creative execution.Proven ability to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual content.Expert-level proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, DaVinci Resolve, and/or Final Cut Pro.Strong storytelling instincts and ability to build narrative flow across formats.Experience working within a structured brand system and scaling it across regions or formats.Comfortable with motion graphics, graphic design and animation.Strong time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and priorities.Excellent English communication and visual editing skills.Good to HavePrior experience working in tech, SaaS, or fintech environments.Knowledge of SEO, performance marketing, and how design impacts engagement.Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, JIRA, and collaborative design platforms like Figma or Frame.io.Experience mentoring or guiding creative peers, even without direct reports.How We’ll HireApplication + Portfolio: Submit your resume and a portfolio showcasing both visual and video work.Cultural Chat (HR): A conversation about values, collaboration style, and team fit.Hiring Manager Interview: Deep dive into creative experience, strategic thinking, and executional range.Test Project: A short creative challenge (e.g., video concept or visual asset) to evaluate your thought process.Presentation: Walk us through your project—your approach, tools, decisions, and creative rationale.
