Role: Digital Marketing Specialist – Talent Branding & Recruitment MarketingExperience Range: 4 to 8 yearsFunction: Talent AcquisitionRole Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Talent Branding and Recruitment Marketing team under Talent Acquisition. This role is pivotal in enhancing Mphasis’s employer brand visibility and attracting top talent through strategic digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage our careers website, optimize SEO, drive social media engagement, and execute recruitment campaigns that resonate with diverse talent communities. If you are passionate about blending creativity with data-driven marketing to shape talent perception, this role is for you.Key Responsibilities:Website & SEO Management:Maintain and optimize careers website for functionality and user experience, including integration with ATS.Work with the marketing stakeholders to build new pages to the careers website as per business needs.Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve SERP rankings.Monitor and troubleshoot issues flagged by GA4, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.Social Media & Content Marketing:Manage Mphasis Careers social media pages (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube) following brand guidelines.Work with external vendor to create engaging posts/flyers for specific jobs and hiring drives with trending hashtags, and captions; schedule content and monitor performance.Online Response Management: Monitor and respond to/flag inquiries and DMs and manage engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X).Recruitment Campaigns:Plan and execute end-to-end organic recruitment marketing campaigns across external platforms for global hiring needs (including requirement gathering from internal stakeholders, working with external agency on the creatives, ensuring JD sanity and completeness, and timely promotions on socials).Create and maintain Marketo landing pages with relevant job opportunities.Track and report campaign performance and optimize for better reach and conversions.Run paid media campaigns through LinkedIn and META ads as per business needs.Analytics & Reporting:SEO: Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and generate actionable insights.Prepare periodic reports for stakeholders on campaign effectiveness and website performance.Required Skills & Experience:4–8 years in digital marketing, preferably with fair knowledge about the recruitment function.Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and analytics tools (GA4, Search Console).Hands-on experience with CMS, marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), and creative review.Good communication and stakeholder (including external agencies) management skills.
