Job Description:We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Generation Specialist in the US region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in email marketing, outreach, and cold calling, and should be comfortable working independently to meet monthly lead-generation targets.The role involves researching and identifying potential clients in the education and edtech space, generating qualified leads through email campaigns, outreach, and telephonic follow-ups, and maintaining a structured pipeline of prospects.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of email prospecting tools, excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to work effectively in night shifts.About the RoleIdentify and qualify potential clients in the education and edtech space.Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, outreach, and telephonic follow-ups.Maintain a structured pipeline of prospects and ensure smooth handover to the Sales team.Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for higher conversion rates.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation for the US market.Strong understanding of email prospecting tools.Excellent communication and writing skills with a professional US communication tone.Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in night shifts.BenefitsExposure to international business development and scalable sales processes.Performance-based growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
