You will also partner with recruiters, staffing firms, and HR professionals to source pre-vetted engineers and specialized IT talent for our projects.You will have the opportunity to represent us in your region or network, drive co-branding or collaboration opportunities with local IT consultants and talent agencies, and earn competitive commissions on every project closure or resource placement.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and onboard new clients for IT development, AI integration, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, and cloud transformation projects.Talent Collaboration: Partner with recruiters, staffing firms, and HR professionals to source pre-vetted engineers and specialized IT talent for our ongoing and upcoming projects.Strategic Partnership Development: Build regional and industry-specific networks (IT, FinTech, Healthcare, Real Estate, etc.) and drive co-branding or collaboration opportunities with local IT consultants and talent agencies.Requirements:Strong background in IT Sales / Business Development / Recruitment / Vendor Partnership.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.Understanding of software project life cycles and technical terms.Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with target-oriented execution.Prior experience in international client acquisition or resource staffing is a plus.What You'll Get:Competitive commission on every project closure or resource placement.Opportunity to represent us in your region or network.Long-term partnership track based on performance and consistency.Direct collaboration with our leadership team on strategy and client onboarding.
