Talent Acquisition DirectorAs a seasoned Talent Acquisition Director, you will lead our recruitment efforts and build high-performing teams. You will partner with business leaders, develop sourcing strategies, strengthen employer branding, and manage the end-to-end hiring process.Key Responsibilities:Partner with business leaders to define hiring priorities and deliver within defined turn-around-times.Develop and execute sourcing strategies using multiple channels, including job boards, portals, referrals, social media, and niche platforms.Strengthen employer branding through creative job marketing campaigns across digital platforms, company website, and social media.Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships by influencing hiring managers with talent market insights and ensuring effective communication on recruitment strategies.Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, coordinating interviews, offer negotiations, closures, and onboarding.Guide and mentor the team on recruitment best practices to ensure high-quality candidate experience and process efficiency.Lead background verification processes to validate candidate credentials and cultural fit.Maintain real-time updates on Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)/MIS to ensure transparency and reporting accuracy.Drive special hiring projects such as campus programs, leadership hiring, and other strategic talent initiatives.Collaborate with vendors, manage performance, and ensure cost-effective hiring.Continuously assess recruitment processes to improve efficiency, leverage technology hacks, and enhance sourcing effectiveness.Required Skills & Qualifications:12–15 years of proven expertise in lateral and leadership talent acquisition, with a strong track record of building high-performing teams.Graduate degree with a Diploma/Postgraduate/Professional Certification in HR.Proven experience in handling hiring across levels (junior, mid, senior, leadership).Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust.Proficiency with ATS tools preferred; willingness to learn if not already experienced.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Target-driven with a track record of delivering quality hires within agreed timelines.Benefits:Opportunity to build a high-performing team.Chance to make a lasting impact on the organization.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Professional development opportunities.Other Opportunities:Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Autonomy to drive innovation and growth.Support for continuous learning and skill development.Opportunities for career advancement.
