Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Campaign Coordinator/Account Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring outstanding after-sales service and managing end-to-end campaign execution. You will address client enquiries, coordinate campaign - artwork, handle bookings and cancellations, and work closely with internal teams to resolve post-sales issues efficiently. Additionally, you will manage client accounts, facilitate communication, and oversee project deliverables to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication: Proactively call and email clients (Australia/ New-Zealand) to coordinate artwork requirements and provide after-sales support, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
Campaign Coordination & Account Management:
- Manage and coordinate campaigns, including artwork and project timelines, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Collaborate with sales, graphics, and other teams to address and resolve post-sales issues effectively.
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for account management.
Customer Support:
- Respond to and resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
- Conduct follow-up communications to confirm issue resolution and client satisfaction.
Reception Duties:
- Answer and manage reception calls, providing accurate information and directing enquiries appropriately.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Generate and analyse reports on campaign performance and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement:
- Collect and share customer feedback with relevant departments to drive service enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company policies, and product knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- Strong campaign management and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to write effectively for client communication and internal reporting.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Preferred Skill:
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
