Position: Customer Support & Sales SpecialistLocation: Remote Shift: Evening / GraveyardWorking Days: Weekdays & Weekends (Max 5 days/week)Working Hours: 9 hours/daySalary: ₹6 LPA – ₹8 LPAIncentives: Performance-basedIndustry preference: Jewellery background (highly preferred)Experience:Minimum 2–3 years calling experience with US B2C customers (product-based)Excellent communication skills Process Nature (Important)This is a completely inbound support roleNo farming, no hunting, and no cold calling70% Customer Support + 30% Sales (support-driven sales only)No call capsSales are based on opportunity and customer requirement, not forced pitchingJewellery background is an added advantageRemote Role RequirementsCandidates must have:Personal laptopStable Wi-Fi connectionHubstaff Requirement (Mandatory)Candidates must be comfortable with Hubstaff time-tracking & monitoring:Tracks work time & activity levelsCaptures periodic screenshotsAuto-stops tracking if inactive for 5 minutesHubstaff hours = official attendance & payroll recordCandidate must ensure Hubstaff stays active during working hoursAdditional ConditionsComfortable with salary credit date between 15th–20th of each monthMust have strong calling experience with US customers onlyShould be comfortable working night shifts
