Job Title: Senior Cloud ArchitectWe are looking for a seasoned expert in cloud architecture to join our team. As a Senior Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms.**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Cloud Architecture & Infrastructure as Code (IaC):** Design and implement modular, reusable, and state-aware Terraform code to manage infrastructure as software. Ensure seamless deployment for traditional software services and AI/Data models.2. **Next-Gen CI/CD & MLOps:** Take full ownership of the CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust MLOps pipelines that allow the Data Science team to retrain and deploy models automatically without friction.3. **Security, Identity & Compliance (DevSecOps):** Manage RBAC, audit logs, and secure permissions. Implement a Zero Trust Architecture and conduct constant automated auditing for breaches or vulnerabilities.4. **The AI-First Engineering Ambassador:** Actively use and promote AI-assisted development tools to speed up infrastructure scripting and debugging. Build internal tooling that leverages LLMs to analyze logs, predict system outages before they happen, and auto-generate documentation.5. **Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) & Observability:** Formalize and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Service Level Indicators (SLIs) for critical services. Implement robust monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and an APM solution.**Technical Must-Haves (Hard Skills):** Cloud Fluency: Deep experience with both AWS and GCP. IaC Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Terraform. Security Competence: Experience implementing IAM roles, Least Privilege principles, and security auditing tools. Containerization: Expert-level Kubernetes and Docker knowledge.**The "Plurall" Factor (Experience & Mindset):** Fintech DNA: Previous experience in Fintech or Banking. Startup Agility: You thrive in ambiguity and ownership. AI-Native: You are comfortable interacting with LLMs via CLI and IDEs to optimize your workflow. Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Proven track record of setting technical standards and mentoring junior/mid-level engineers. Stakeholder Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable terms.
