The role will support the organization by:Resolving employee payroll issues using written and oral communication.Completion of regulatory and internal payroll tax, labor and wage reporting as assigned.Assisting with payroll audits, both internal and external.Accurate and timely creation, posting and reconciliation of payroll ledger accounts as assigned.Accurate and timely reconciliations as assigned.Assist department with update of employee pay records, as assigned.Processing payroll for one or more of the countries supported by the regional team leader(s).   Participating in year-end activities with the region as assigned.Manage internal & external payroll auditsThis position will report to the Manager APAC PayrollJob Responsibilities:Timely and accurate completions of payroll processing as assigned.Effectively managing the resolution of assigned employee cases within defined SLAs. Accurately analyzing employee or manager payroll issues and following established procedures/guidelines to resolving appropriately. Timely completion of regulatory payroll labor and wage reporting as assigned. Timely completion of assigned operational reporting in cadence with payroll processing schedules. Responsible for accurate and timely creation of manual ledger account uploads for assigned countries.Reconciles payroll ledger accounts as assigned. Updating and balancing payroll input as assigned.Adheres to established policy and procedures.  Year-end processes to support accurate and timely administration of payroll responsibilities as assignedParticipating and leading internal & external audit activities such as IGAAP, SOX, payroll tax,Qualifications / Experience: Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance3+ years of experience in accounting / payroll reconciliation  Established knowledge of payroll concepts for supported countriesExcellent grasp of the English language, both verbal and written.    Audits experience is preferred (IGAAP, SOX, payroll tax)Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.EEO StatementNCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
