Job Title: Property Acquisition SpecialistAt our organization, we are seeking a skilled Property Acquisition Specialist to join our team.About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring suitable properties for development. This involves researching potential sites, building relationships with landowners and brokers, and coordinating with internal teams to verify titles and government approvals.To excel in this role, you will require excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:Property Sourcing:Research and identify potential properties for development.Build a database of property owners, brokers, and consultants.Coordinate site inspections and due diligence activities.Relationship Management:Establish and maintain relationships with property owners and their representatives.Conduct negotiations and documentation preparation.Ensure timely completion of acquisition deals.Documentation & Compliance:Verify property titles, ownership records, and government approvals.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all acquisitions.Negotiation & Support:Support senior management in negotiations with property owners.Prepare presentations, reports, and feasibility summaries.Track progress of acquisition deals and maintain MIS reports.Requirements:Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., real estate, business, law).Experience:2-5 years of experience in property coordination, acquisition, or real estate background.Tele calling/relationship management experience preferred.Skills:Strong communication and negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with follow-up skills.What We Offer:We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a competitive salary package.A career as a Property Acquisition Specialist at our organization offers the chance to make a lasting impact on our company's success.If you possess the required skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
