Do you want to build a better future About Enfinity Global Enfinity Global is a purpose-driven company focused on making a positive impact on the planet by helping companies governments and individuals transition to a carbon-free and sustainable economy Our role as a leading IPP is to develop finance build operate and own renewable energy assets in the long term in Europe Asia and the Americas through our offices in the USA Spain Italy UK Netherlands India and Japan Our team of over 350 Enfiniters comprises seasoned finance professionals as well as experienced project developers and operators with extensive industry experience across all stages of the project life cycle We pride ourselves on being creative and innovative solution providers to our customers and partners Job description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Land Acquisition Manager - Wind Projects Rajasthan land identification and acquisition efforts for wind energy projects in Rajasthan The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of land sourcing technical feasibility legal due diligence and stakeholder coordination This role is critical to ensuring timely and compliant land acquisition for successful wind project development Key Responsibilities Land Identification Identify suitable land parcels for wind project development in Maharashtra and Karnataka Information Compilation Gather and organize relevant data for each identified site Site Visits Conduct physical site visits for all shortlisted locations to assess ground realities Technical Feasibility Check Evaluate the technical viability of the land for wind installations Land Finalization Finalize the most suitable land parcel based on technical legal and commercial assessments Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with land brokers aggregators and local contacts for land sourcing Negotiations Support and carry out initial commercial negotiations with landowners or intermediaries Government Liaison Coordinate with local revenue officers for official processes and approvals Land Documentation Collect and verify all required land-related documents Due Diligence Support Facilitate and assist in the land legal due diligence process Legal Coordination Identify and coordinate with local lawyers for third-party legal verifications End-to-End Land Acquisition Manage the complete land acquisition process from identification to possession Land Survey Facilitation Assist in conducting government land surveys and mapping Registration and Mutation Ensure timely land registration and mutation in government records Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Land Management or related field Master s preferred Minimum 5-8 years in land acquisition for infrastructure or renewable energy projects Proven track record in wind or solar project land sourcing Understanding of wind project feasibility land survey processes and government regulations Familiarity with legal due diligence and land documentation Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Ability to coordinate with government authorities and local contacts Excellent organizational and data management abilities Proficiency in English and local languages Hindi Rajasthani In Enfinity Global you will find a very dynamic and multinational environment in one of the most exciting and impactful industries Here we will foster your professional and personal growth and you will have the opportunity to actively contribute and make a real impact on climate change Let s build our future together Visit to discover more about our culture and values
