The company ensures a swift onboarding experience, helping organizations transition from an output-focused to an outcome-focused mindset within weeks.Role OverviewThe HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, payroll coordination, and policy implementation. The role ensures smooth HR processes and contributes to building a positive and productive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.- Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements.- Maintain candidate databases and monitor hiring metrics.2. Onboarding & Offboarding- Conduct new hire orientation and complete joining formalities.- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and HR documentation.- Facilitate smooth exit process including clearance and exit interviews.3. HR Operations & Administration- Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and documentation.- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee queries.- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs.4. Payroll & Compliance Support- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, overtime).- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.) in coordination with the accounts/finance team.- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in employee data.5. Employee Engagement & Relations- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.- Address employee grievances professionally and escalate when needed.- Promote a positive work culture and support HR initiatives.6. Performance Management- Support appraisal cycles, goal-setting processes, and employee evaluations.- Maintain performance records and follow up on KPIs.Qualifications Required- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.- Good knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
