SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Job OpportunityJob Description:This is a key role that involves supporting a significant client in the implementation and management of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).The ideal candidate will possess expertise in solution design, configuration, and setup, as well as integration management, reporting, and analytics.Key Responsibilities:Design, Configure, and Implement the LMS Module: The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing the SuccessFactors LMS module to meet organizational learning and development needs.Manage Various Aspects of the LMS: This includes course catalogues, learning assignments, certifications, and user security settings.Ensure Seamless Integration: The candidate will ensure seamless integration of the SuccessFactors LMS with Employee Central.Develop and Deliver Reports: They will develop and deliver reports on learning metrics, course completion rates, course assignments, and compliance data to support workforce development.Create and Maintain Configuration Documentation: The successful candidate will create and maintain configuration documentation, user guides, and provide training to the wider SuccessFactors Development and Operations team.Required Skills and Qualifications:The following skills and qualifications are essential for this role:Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Modules: The ideal candidate should have expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, etc.Knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS Functionality: A good understanding of SuccessFactors LMS functionality and best practices is required.Excellent Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understood solutions.Core HR Processes: Knowledge of core HR processes and standard practices within an international context is necessary.Data Analytics: The ability to create reports and analytics within SAP SuccessFactors to track HR metrics and performance indicators is required.Security Protocols: Knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements within SAP SuccessFactors, especially related to sensitive HR data, is necessary.Data Migration Strategies: Experience in data migration strategies and tools is required.MDF and Business Rules: MDF (Metadata Framework) and business rules configuration experience is necessary.Troubleshooting: The ability to resolve issues and debug in SAP SuccessFactors, including issues related to configurations and integrations, is required.
