Pricing and Revenue Analyst Job DescriptionThis role involves analyzing market trends, developing pricing strategies, and monitoring financial performance to maximize revenue.The ideal candidate will have analytical skills, experience with pricing tools like Pricelabs, and proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.Key Responsibilities:Manage dynamic pricing and availability using Pricelabs.Analyze performance metrics such as occupancy, ADR (average daily rate), pacing, and market trends.Support the development of annual revenue projections for new listings and markets.Adjust pricing strategies to balance revenue and occupancy optimization.Build and maintain reports using Google Sheets and Excel.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to communicate recommendations effectively.Automate workflows or analyses using Python.Requirements:1–3 years of hands-on pricing experience.Pricing related experience in major e-commerce companies.Experience with pricing tools like Pricelabs is a major plus.Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Pricing and Financial analysis.Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.Good written and verbal communication skills in English.Experience with Python (especially Pandas & Numpy), Tools like Streamlit & Time series forecasting, regression modeling, and other predictive analytics.Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
