As a highly skilled Strategic Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success.This challenging and rewarding position requires a unique blend of analytical rigour, creative strategy, operational management, and interpersonal skills.The ideal candidate will have expertise in market research, financial modelling, and business planning.You will develop revenue projections, investor decks, and strategic recommendation notes to drive decision-making.A strong networker, you will build partnerships with designers, galleries, cultural institutions, real estate collaborators, and investors.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive analyses of the luxury design and real estate sectors.Benchmark global best practices and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.You will prepare analytical briefs, dashboards, and performance reports to inform business decisions.Synthesise complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership.Project Management:Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and operational accountability.Maintain detailed trackers and master dashboards for all live initiatives.A proactive problem-solver, you will anticipate challenges and propose strategic solutions.Support to the Public Arts Trust of India (PATI):Provide expert support to PATI leadership across fundraising, sponsorship decks, institutional partnerships, and programme budgeting.You will assist in planning and executing high-profile events, such as Jaipur Art Week and Jodhpur Arts Week.Draft clear and concise communication materials for the Chairwoman and Director.Executive Support:Manage the Executive Director's calendar, meetings, travel, and weekly priorities with precision and discretion.Prepare speeches, emails, and presentations that accurately reflect her voice and strategic intent.Coordinate communication and follow-ups with internal teams, government officials, cultural partners, and external stakeholders.
