Role Description Role Description We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong experience in Veeva Platform Testing, specifically within Veeva Vault Clinical applications (eTMF, CTMS, or Study Startup). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of Veeva-based solutions through end-to-end functional, integration, and regression testing.Key responsibilitiesDesign, plan, and execute manual and automated test cases for Veeva Vault Clinical applications.Validate configurations, workflows, and integrations within Veeva Vault Clinical (eTMF, CTMS, Study Startup).Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to ensure alignment with clinical processes and regulatory standards.Perform API and data validation testing across integrated systems.Document and track defects, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution.Ensure adherence to GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and validation compliance throughout the QA lifecycle.Participate in release readiness reviews, regression cycles, and UAT support.Provide QA insights and best practices for ongoing Vault optimization and process improvement. Technical Skills Technical skills requirements5–7 years of QA experience, with 2+ years on Veeva Platform (Vault Clinical preferred).Strong understanding of Veeva Vault modules, workflows, metadata, and configurations.Experience in Life Sciences domain (Clinical Operations, Regulatory, or Quality).Familiarity with test management tools (ALM, Jira, Zephyr) and defect tracking systems.Good understanding of SQL and data validation for integrated systems.Knowledge of compliance and validation frameworks (CSV, GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).Excellent communication and collaboration skills with client-facing experience. Nice-to-have skills Nice-to-have skills Veeva Certified Professional (Vault Clinical) preferred.Experience with automation testing tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, or Veeva APIs).Exposure to Veeva SDK testing or integrations with CRM, CTMS, or EDC systems. Qualifications Qualifications 4-6 years of work experience in relevant fieldB.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university.
