Roles & Responsibilities:- Facilitate End to end full lifecycle implementation of SAP IS-Retail- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs · Design, customize, configure and test the SAP IS-Retail module- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements · Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required- Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior membersDesired Skills & Experience:- At least 8 years of work experience in relevant retail consulting services engagements or business environments, implementing or using Retail business processes and applications- Experience with SAP Retail (in one of the following areas: Planning, Retail Financial, Merchandising: Rebates, Pricing and Promotions or Supply Chain)- Ability to support all stages of a SAP Retail implementation project- Profound understanding of Retail business processes- Understanding of integration points with the SD, MM, and FI/CO modules- Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others- Must be result-oriented and demonstrate a can-do attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness · Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities:Job Location: PAN India
