Advertising Account ManagerOyster is seeking a highly analytical, performance-driven Advertising Account Manager to oversee and scale key digital advertising accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, strategic planning, and ROI-focused digital execution.Key Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Advertising Account Management: Act as the main point of contact for assigned advertising clients, build deep relationships with stakeholders, and gain an expert-level understanding of each client's goals, product, audience, positioning, and KPIs.Performance Strategy & Optimization: Develop and refine advertising strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads, conduct extensive keyword research, and implement rigorous testing frameworks.Client Retention, Upsell & Account Expansion: Maintain high satisfaction through consistent performance delivery and strategic guidance, identify opportunities to increase budget, expand channels, or activate new campaign types, and provide strategic roadmaps for short-term wins and long-term brand growth.Cross-Channel Coordination & Execution Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams to execute flawlessly, review ad copies and creatives before activation, and ensure all timelines, deliverables, and KPI commitments are met or exceeded.Data Analysis, Reporting & Forecasting: Oversee reporting cycles, convert raw data into meaningful strategic narratives, and maintain detailed documentation of optimizations, client feedback, and account developments.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Creative, Analytics, Copywriting, and Strategy teams, align internal stakeholders around client goals, brand voice, and performance targets, and lead internal review meetings to ensure account health and proactive problem-solving.Required Skills & Qualifications:3–7 years of experience managing advertising accounts, with specialization in Google Ads & Meta Ads.Proven ability to manage multiple mid-to-large budget accounts simultaneously.Deep understanding of digital advertising principles: targeting, attribution, bidding, funnel planning, and CRO.Strong command of metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, CPV, CTR, conversion rate, and impression share.Advanced proficiency in Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and data dashboards.Strong communication, client handling, and presentation skills.Ability to translate complex data into clear, meaningful business recommendations.A results-oriented mindset with high personal ownership and accountability.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
