Senior Atlassian ProfessionalWe are seeking an experienced Senior Atlassian Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing configurations to enhance the employee experience.You will have expertise in Jira, Confluence, and ServiceDesk.Rich stakeholder and end-user management experience including training & support is required.Mastery of migration experience: JIRA to JIRA, Confluence to JIRA, Gitlab to JIRA/Confluence etc.Experience with key Atlassian plugins: Portfolio, BigPicture, Zephyr, Tempo, Structure, Auditor, Configuration Manager etc. is mandatory.The ideal candidate will manage and monitor multiple SaaS applications, play an active role in designing the portfolio of applications available for use at our organization, and advise other teams on best practices for Jira, Confluence. This is a fully remote role requiring primarily IST working hours with some overlap into PST. We require a strong understanding of Atlassian tools and technologies, as well as migration experience and expertise in key Atlassian plugins.
