Job SummaryThis position involves overseeing various field projects, from project management to customer coordination.Manage and execute multiple onsite projects as the overall Project Manager or sub-level PM and service.E nsure projects are completed on time, within allocated resources, and meet specified requirements.Identify potential risks or issues and address them promptly.Analyze project specifications, develop work plans, and delegate tasks to relevant teams.Verify that all engineering and manufacturing processes are followed by sub-contractors and suppliers.S upervise staff and manufacturing processes, recommending improvements when necessary.Collaborate with engineers and technical personnel to create instructional and training materials where required.Interpret complex 2D/3D drawings, guiding contractors and associates on tasks.Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.Conduct research on industry developments, networking with professionals.Liaise with clients, preparing reports for senior leaders.Schedule meetings and training sessions as needed.RequirementsDiploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering or Technology in Mechanical or Electrical).A minimum of 5 years of experience in supervising medium-to-high complexity field projects.Familiarity with manufacturing methodologies, metallurgy, fabrication, inspection, and international standards.Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical drawings, switch gears, parts, functions, etc.Basic skills in Autocad or MDT, exposure to PLCs and other automation software.Excellent language skills (verbal and written) in English.
