We're seeking a seasoned Healthcare AI Specialist to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI systems leveraging agentic frameworks and foundation models for pharmaceutical applications.Key Responsibilities:Foster and deploy agent-based AI solutions for healthcare and pharma-specific use cases, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.Refine and integrate foundation models for oncology and clinical trial data, driving accurate predictions and actionable insights.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI Scientists, Data Scientists, and Product Managers, to deliver robust AI-driven solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.Elevate scalability, reliability, and compliance of AI systems within regulated environments, guaranteeing uninterrupted operations and data integrity.Mentor and contribute to platform development and software engineering for AI-driven clinical study tools, empowering researchers and clinicians with data-driven insights.Requirements:Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, AI, or related field, supplemented by relevant industry experience.5–7 years of experience in developing agentic frameworks and working with foundation models, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.Proficiency in Python programming, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), with expertise in containerization and DevOps practices.Familiarity with pharma domain datasets and healthcare-specific AI applications, including electronic health records and medical imaging.Preferred Skills:Expertise in computational biology and oncology, with knowledge of genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics.Experience with Tangent Agents or similar frameworks, with a focus on efficient model training and deployment.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing AI development and deployment in healthcare, including HIPAA and GDPR.This is a 12-month remote position requiring a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in developing agentic frameworks and working with foundation models, proficiency in Python, and experience with pharma domain datasets and healthcare-specific AI applications.
