Job TitleWe are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Financial Operations Coordinator.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with financial management software, including Tally and Zoho Books, along with working knowledge of tax compliance regulations.Key Responsibilities:Financial Transactions: Prepare and process customer invoices using Tally/Zoho Books.Track incoming payments and follow up on outstanding dues.Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate ledgers.Vendor Management: Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.Verify bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents.Maintain vendor accounts and update records regularly.Audit Support: Prepare and maintain documentation required for internal and external audits.Assist in responding to auditor queries.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.Compliance & Taxation: Support in preparation and filing of GST returns.Assist in tax calculations, deductions, and return filing.Maintain updated records of statutory compliances.Financial Reporting: Record daily financial transactions in Zoho Books.Prepare financial reports as required.Support month-end and year-end closure activities.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.Professional qualification like Semi qualified CA/CMA.6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in finance and accounting.Proficiency in Tally ERP and Zoho Books.Good understanding of tax laws and basic accounting principles.Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Good communication and documentation skills.Preferred Skills:Experience working with SAAS companies.Knowledge of Excel.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
