Job RoleOur organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Transaction Coordinator to support our financial operations in the United States.Key Responsibilities:Managing Invoices: Record, process, and save purchase invoices using QuickBooks software.Assisting with VAT Calculations: Provide support with value-added tax calculations and prepare necessary documentation.Coordinating with Accountants: Offer management accounts support and respond to queries from external accounting professionals.Expense Management: Organize, review, and process expense claims using QuickBooks.Preparing Payments: Generate and process supplier payments by raising requests in QuickBooks.Providing Financial Support: Ensure accountants have all required supporting documentation.Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile company bank accounts.QuickBooks Setup and Maintenance: Create and manage accounts in QuickBooks software.Required Skills & Qualifications:Demonstrated experience as a Bookkeeper, Accounts Assistant, or Finance Officer.Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting Software.Understanding of US Value-Added Tax processes and compliance.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication skills for collaboration with accountants and internal teams.
