Job Summary:The Financial Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of financial accounting functions within an organization. The primary responsibility includes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining fiscal discipline, and enhancing project profitability.Main Responsibilities:Manage and coordinate accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entriesAnalyze and prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements to provide stakeholders with critical insights into the company's financial performanceCollaborate with teams to ensure smooth construction draw processes, guaranteeing timely disbursement of fundsOversee the yearly audit and tax compliance process to ensure seamless execution and minimize risksDevelop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain their integrityRequirements:A Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 8-10 years of experience in the real estate/construction industryStrong organizational skills, coupled with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality resultsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAble to demonstrate critical thinking in decision-making and analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively
