Lead Software Development Engineer

Job responsibilitiesLead the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems and applications.Work with Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js/React.js, and TypeScript to deliver scalable solutions.Manage and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB, MySQL).Ensure operational adherence to TAT for Bugs, CMC, RCA, and other critical processes.Architect and maintain high-performance, secure RESTful APIs and web services.Required Skills Strong expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js/React.js, and TypeScript.Proficiency in working with SQL/NoSQL databases (MongoDB, MySQL preferred).Good understanding of cloud technologies and system architecture.Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, and Microservices architecture is a plus.Good Understanding of System Design.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.6+Years of Experience in software Development.Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.About AcefoneAcefone,(Formerly Servetel) is a part of RTDS group (founded in 2010).
