Team-oriented personality with good communication with ability to balance and prioritize work. Good presentation and communication skills to communicate with clients, support personnel and management.Adapt to changing situations, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly.Ability to anticipate problems, deal with and resolve ambiguity and take decisive action.Ability to work independently as well as a part of a teamPursue performance excellence through shared goals, shared leadership.Strong sense of accountabilityAbility to work with group to accomplish beyond individual self-interest.
