Lead Software Development Engineer

Job responsibilities Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems and applications. Work with Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js/React.js, and TypeScript to deliver scalable solutions. Manage and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB, MySQL). Ensure operational adherence to TAT for Bugs, CMC, RCA, and other critical processes. Architect and maintain high-performance, secure RESTful APIs and web services. Required Skills Strong expertise in Node.js, Nest.js, Next.js/React.js, and TypeScript. Proficiency in working with SQL/NoSQL databases (MongoDB, MySQL preferred). Good understanding of cloud technologies and system architecture. Familiarity with Kafka, Redis, and Microservices architecture is a plus. Good Understanding of System Design. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 6+Years of Experience in software Development.
